A Short 2024 Recap

With almost all of 2025 out in front of us, we wanted to make sure that you saw all of the great progress and useful features that got pushed live in 2024! Last year was a year of big strides forward, meaningful conversations with our community, and exciting updates to our product. Before we dive into all the exciting things ahead in 2025, let’s take a moment to celebrate the progress we made this past year.

Thank You for Your Continued Support

First, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to you—our BugSplatters—for being such an integral part of our journey. The feedback, support, and ideas we’ve received from our user community have been invaluable in shaping BugSplat into the tool it is today.

A long time ago, we made a commitment to prioritize conversations with our users. These discussions not only energize us but also guide our decision-making, ensuring we’re focusing on what truly matters to you. While we can’t build every feature idea that comes up, we strive to build the right features—and to do so exceptionally well.

As we move into 2025, we encourage you to keep the feedback coming. Whether through email, in-app messages, Discord, or industry events like GDC, your voice helps us grow and improve.

Join Our Growing Community

This year, we’ve seen exciting growth in our user conversations happening in our new Discord community. If you haven’t joined yet, we’d love to see you there. It’s a great place to connect with other BugSplatters and our team, and right now, joining gives you a chance to win a brand-new mechanical keyboard.

As always, you can also reach us at support@bugsplat.com and hi@bugsplat.com for any questions or feedback.
